​​What is Empower Boot Camp?


Empower Training Boot Camp is a four week revolving program designed for total body transformation, lifestyle makeover, and just a heck of a good time!  Located just 5-7 minutes from North Coeur d' Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, and Hayden, Empower Training Studio and Boot Camp is easily accessible.

Every day at Empower brings something different… gone are the days of boring exercise and fitness routines.  At Empower,  we are here for you providing fun, functional, and effective workouts that will challenge and inspire the changes that all too many find difficult when going to traditional gyms.  

From weights, bands, and suspension trainers to body weight exercises, battle ropes and tires, we have you covered to keep things fun, sweaty, and interesting!  


If you have ever gotten into a slump with your fitness and just don't know how to get out, we are here for you to provide fun, functional, and effective workouts that will challenge you and provide you with a fun experience.  Every day is something different and you never know what you are going to walk into.  


If you are brand new to fitness or maybe haven’t been active in a while, you are welcomed here with open arms.  Beginners and elite athletes alike can work side by side to their own 100%, successfully transforming to a lifestyle of health and wellness.  We want you to leave sweaty and with a smile, looking forward to the next time you get to come in!  Day by day stronger and stronger!

There is also a "Kids Area" in sight of your workout area with activities for your kids to play while you work out so you never have to skip workouts because you don't have a sitter.  


We now offer unlimited Boot Camp for one low price and a punch card options available.  NEVER A HIDDEN FEE!!!
