Every two weeks you will try on your dress and see what changes you are making through hard work.

This will be a very interactive experience in order for you to become the best you possible.

You supply the dress, Empower Boot Camp takes care of the rest. You will get UNLIMITED Boot Camp, nutritional help, daily motivation and check in, and a heck of a good time!

At the end you will have the chance to show off all your hard work in an end of challenge Little Black Dress party!
